In short: this website is a catalogue, not a checkout. You choose a piece here and message us on WhatsApp, and we confirm the price, shipping cost and delivery time with you before you pay anything.

1. How orders are placed

There is no shopping cart or online payment on this site. When you tap "I'm Interested" on a piece, WhatsApp opens with a message naming that item. We reply with availability, the final price and delivery details. Your order is confirmed only once we have both agreed on WhatsApp.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver across India. If you are outside India, message us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can ship to you and what it would cost.

3. Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 4–8 working days after dispatch.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather, strikes and courier delays can add time, and remote pin codes usually take longer.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. You will always know the total amount, including any delivery charge, before you pay. We do not add charges after payment.

5. Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we send you the tracking details on the same WhatsApp chat. There is no order tracking page on this website — everything happens in your chat with us, so your order history stays in one place.

6. Delivery address

Please check the address and phone number you send us carefully. We ship to the address exactly as you give it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we can resend it, but the new delivery charge will be payable by you.

7. If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, appears damaged in transit, or is marked delivered but has not reached you, message us on WhatsApp straight away and we will take it up with the courier on your behalf. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
