1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Lorvin ("we", "us"). By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This is a display catalogue. It has no shopping cart, no account system and no online payment. Nothing shown here is an offer to sell in the legal sense — it is an invitation for you to enquire. A sale exists only once we have confirmed the item, the price and the delivery details with you on WhatsApp and you have paid.

3. Our jewellery

Our pieces are one gram gold jewellery: gold plated over a base metal. They are not solid gold, are not hallmarked, and have no resale or investment value as gold.

Any weight shown is the gross weight of the finished piece, given as a guide. Because pieces are largely handmade, small variations in weight, size, finish and stone placement are normal.

4. Photographs and descriptions

We photograph our own stock and describe it as accurately as we can. Even so, colours and finishes appear differently on different screens, and studio lighting can flatter a piece. Small differences between a photograph and the item you receive are not defects.

5. Prices and availability

• Prices are in INR (₹) and may change without notice.
• Where a piece shows a discount, the struck-through figure is our own usual selling price for that piece, not a third party's price.
• Stock status on the site is kept as current as we can, but a piece can sell between your seeing it and messaging us. Nothing is reserved until confirmed.
• If an obvious pricing error appears, we may correct it and will tell you before taking any payment.

6. Ordering by WhatsApp

Tapping "I'm Interested" opens WhatsApp with a message prepared for you. Nothing is sent until you press send. Messaging us places you under no obligation to buy, and we are equally free to decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece has sold or was priced in error. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted only where a piece arrived damaged or something was missing from the parcel, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Using this site properly

You agree not to:

• copy our photographs, descriptions or designs for your own commercial use;
• scrape, mirror or bulk-download the catalogue;
• attempt to gain access to the admin area or interfere with the site's security;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

9. Our content

All photographs, text, designs and the Lorvin name on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

10. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual products, at any time.

11. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost occasions or events.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
